1 cup corn oil 4 eggs
2/3 cup water 3 1/3 cups flour
2 cups canned pumpkin 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda 3 cups sugar
Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Add flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar. Bake at 350 for one hour. Stays moist for days.
