1 box german chocolate cake mix

1 egg

1/3 C flaked coconut

1/3 C butter, melted

1 8oz pkd reduced fat cream cheese

1 16oz box confectioners sugar

3 egg whites

1 tsp coconut extract

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.  Coat 13x9x2 baking dish with nonstick spray.

In large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, coconut and butter.  Press into bottom of pan

In mixing bowl, beat remaining ingredients until smooth and creaming.  Pour over mixture in pan.  Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into size pieces you choose — yummy!!
