1 16 oz. bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 12 oz. can Steen’s Blue Ribbon Cane Syrup
2 pork tenderloins (they come 2 to a package)
Combine dressing and syrup, mixing well. Cover pork tenderloins and marinate for 8 hours, basting occasionally. Grill on barbecue pit or in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
My variation: Slice tenderloin into 1½-2 inch slices (like a filet) or use pork chops instead of tenderloin.
