1/4 C breadcrumbs 1/4 C grated Parmesan
2 T Italian Seasoning 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 C crumbled Feta 3 large eggs
1 (8 oz) sour cream 1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp dried tarragon 1 tsp dried basil
3/4 C each of chopped red pepper, green pepper and green onions
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
Generously grease 9×11 baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning & parmesan cheese. Coat bottom of pan with mixture.Process cream cheese in food processor til smooth. Add feta, eggs, & sour cream. Process til smooth. Add chopped artichoke, peppers, onions, garlic, tarragon & basil. Stir well. Pour into pan.Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours. Slice and serve!
