1 can Trappey’s Seasoned Black Beans; drain & reserve liquid
1 Medium Jar Mild Salsa or
2 Cups Specialty Salsa
3/4 C Chopped Green Onion Tops
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 C fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of one small lemon
1/2 Cup corn
Optional: black olives & jalapenos
Combine all ingredients, adding reserved liquid as desired. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or as a side .
