1 15oz. Can Garbanzo Beans 1 C bell pepper, choppe
4 green onions, chopped 1 6oz. Can pitted black olives
1/2 C Italian salad dressing 1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. salami, sliced 8 oz. mozzarella, cubed
4-6 roma tomatoes 4 C romaine lettuce, torn
2 C iceberg lettuce, torn
Combine garbanzo beans (chick peas), bell pepper, green onions, black olives, salami, and mozzarella. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Add chilled
antipasto to lettuce and tomatoes, toss, and serve. We love this salad even without the lettuce!
